Our direction for this package design was to create a completely new wine brand. The brand would leverage its premium Napa Valley appellation and be friendly, approachable and authentic. The design of the SparrowHawk packaging took inspiration from the American Sparrow Hawk which soars over the Napa Valley. The simple layout and rich earth tone colors with a gold foil icon of the hawk makes it easy for consumer recognition and recall. Embossing and a textured, toothy paper help reinforce the brand’s natural goodness. |
